In November 2024, I purchased the new Peugeot 3008 Hybrid Allure package from Tarabya Peugeot Nev dealership at its so-called launch price. I paid ₺2,100,000 in cash, investing my entire savings into this vehicle. Since the day I bought it, I have faced nothing but frustration, to the point of despair. I noticed screen freezes and that the rearview camera was not working.

I took the car to the service center, and they told me it would stay for one day for inspection. The next day, they called me, saying there was no issue, and I could pick it up. While I was surprised, I was also relieved—until I turned on the car right outside the service center and saw that the same screen freezes and rearview camera issues persisted. The service staff witnessed the problem live. They hastily opened a service file and told me they would call me back.

Later, they asked me to bring the car back in. This time, they concluded that the rearview camera was defective and needed replacement. I objected, saying their diagnosis was unreliable, and I contacted Peugeot Türkiye and Stellantis to report the issue. I told them this was a defective vehicle, and I would not accept any part replacements because the issue was not just the rearview camera—there was a screen malfunction as well. I requested a vehicle replacement, but it was denied.

After replacing the rearview camera, the issue remained. Then, they attempted coding and software updates, which they claimed would take only an hour, but that also failed. Now, they say the screen control unit needs to be replaced. My car stayed in service for an entire month. They dismantled the interior, including the seat belts, and returned the car to me with a broken seat belt, telling me I had to wait at least another month for the screen control unit.

Beyond all these mistakes and injustices, they endangered my life by handing me back an unsafe car, despite my patience and goodwill. I am taking legal action on multiple fronts, and despite repeatedly informing Peugeot Türkiye and Stellantis with full evidence, I have not been able to reach a single competent person nor receive any real solution. Instead, they have only made my situation worse. I will now expose this scandal across social media and news platforms nationwide so that no one else falls into the same trap.
