Stellantis Peugeot Antalya Service Delayed Repairs & Denied Replacement Vehicle

I want to share my frustrating experience with Stellantis' authorized Peugeot service at Haşim Balaban in Antalya, which has caused me significant inconvenience. My vehicle was damaged in a traffic accident and was delivered to the Antalya Haşim Balaban Peugeot Authorized Service Center for repairs. On December 6, 2024, I approved the repair, and I was assured that my car would be ready by January 20, 2025 at the latest. However, no updates were provided, and I had to constantly call to get any information.

When I reached out on January 20, 2025, expecting my vehicle to be ready, I was informed that parts were coming from abroad and the repair would be delayed by another 7-10 days. I was initially told I would receive a replacement vehicle, but instead of providing one, the service center directed me to Peugeot's Istanbul headquarters. When I contacted Peugeot’s main office, they stated that the local service center should be responsible for handling my replacement vehicle request.

I then called the Antalya Haşim Balaban Peugeot service center again, only to be told that a replacement vehicle is only provided if the delay is due to an issue with international parts. Despite my constant follow-ups, I received no assistance, no clear answers, and no replacement vehicle. Ultimately, I learned that the promises made about a guaranteed replacement car and timely repair were completely false.

It is outrageous that a renowned brand like Peugeot, under Stellantis, disregards customer satisfaction and fails to honor basic commitments. This entire process has been filled with misleading information, broken promises, and a complete lack of accountability.

I demand an immediate resolution to my issue, including:

A definitive repair timeline for my vehicle
An immediate response regarding my replacement vehicle request
Action from Stellantis to prevent future customers from facing similar negligence
If I do not receive a proper resolution, I will not hesitate to pursue my legal rights. I expect urgent action and a serious commitment to resolving this issue. Stellantis must address this problem immediately.
