I Face SteelSeries Nova 5 Audio Crackling Problems Shortly After Purchase
I purchased a SteelSeries Nova 5 headset from the MediaMarkt Mall of Antalya store on May 9, 2025. I did not use the product very heavily, and although I have had it for approximately 16 days, I only recently had the opportunity to use it in detail and discovered the issue during that time.
On May 24, 2026, the headset started producing a crackling noise when I adjusted the volume. Additionally, sometimes when people I am speaking with talk, their voices come through the headset with a distorted, popping sound.
I visited the MediaMarkt Mall of Antalya store where I purchased the product and explained the issue. However, I was told that they could not replace the headset and that it needed to be sent to an authorized service center for repair.
Although I had purchased the product very recently and the malfunction was not caused by me, I was disappointed and frustrated that they did not first inspect the product and provide a direct replacement. Since I will be without my headset during the service process, I will not be able to complete my daily tasks properly.
My invoice details are as follows:
Invoice No: bj12026000016762
ETTN: 8af67f96-7ffa-4194-97c0-08a339a54bf6
Since I consider this headset to be a defective product that developed problems shortly after purchase, I request that MediaMarkt replace it with a new unit without requiring me to go through a repair process. I expect a quick resolution and a replacement that allows me to use the product without further issues.
