JBL Tune 310C One Earbud Stopped Working Within Warranty

I purchased a JBL Tune 310c from Media Markt Mall of İstanbul on 24.01.2026. After only about five months of normal use, one side of the earphones suddenly stopped producing any sound. I have not dropped or damaged the product in any way, and I have been unable to use it for almost a month. My purchase is within the warranty period and I have the related invoice and customer details. I have already contacted Media Markt / JBL regarding this issue and I am currently waiting for the result, but I wanted to formally record my complaint as well. Considering that the product failed in such a short time under normal use, I request that my JBL Tune 310c be replaced with a new, fault-free product under warranty.
