Unable to Refund Wrong In-Game Purchase on Steam PUBG


I accidentally purchased the wrong item in PUBG through Steam and immediately tried to request a refund. However, I’ve received no response or assistance from their support team. This shouldn’t be so difficult—customers should be able to rectify such errors quickly.
I couldn’t find a clear way to open a ticket on the platform, which has only added to my frustration. Steam and PUBG need to provide better support for refund requests, especially for accidental purchases. I’m reaching out in the hope that this complaint gets noticed and someone helps resolve the issue. I expect the refund to be processed promptly. Please address this problem and make the process more user-friendly!
