I Can’t Recover My Stolen Steam Account and Steam Support Won’t Respond

My Steam account was stolen, and despite providing all the necessary information to Steam Support—including my card details, purchase history, and anything else they might need to verify my ownership—I have received no response. I submitted a ticket through their official support system and included everything they requested, but it’s been days and I’m still waiting for even a basic acknowledgment.

This is incredibly frustrating, especially given how much time and money I’ve invested in my account. I’ve proven that the account is mine. What more do they need? There's no live support, no phone number, and no other way to reach someone at Steam. For such a massive platform, it’s shocking how inaccessible their customer service is.

All I want is access to my account again. Steam, please take this seriously, review my case, and contact me immediately. I'm losing valuable time and risking further data compromise. I need my account restored and expect prompt communication—this silence is unacceptable.
