Stayforlong Reservation Canceled Because Emails Went to Spam — No Help From Support

I made a reservation through Stayforlong for Khalidiya Hotel for November 9–14. However, because the emails from Stayforlong went to my spam folder, I didn’t see the payment request in time, and my reservation was canceled.
When I realized what happened, I immediately tried to contact customer service, but reaching them by phone was nearly impossible. The fact that the company has no accessible phone number or customer representative made the situation even worse. When I reached out via email, I only received a response saying that it was an unfortunate situation and that they could not assist me. I have been waiting for a solution since October 21, 2025, and after two days, my issue is still unresolved.
My reservation number is 14732396115. I expect Stayforlong to reinstate my reservation, including the deposit payment, or—if they cannot do that—to refund the amount I paid. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
