Stayforlong Booking Not Found at Hotel After Paying €78 Deposit

I made a hotel reservation through Stayforlong for Seaden Corolla Hotel in Manavgat for the dates August 10–16, and I paid a €78 prepayment. My reservation number is XHD62M. When my wife called the hotel to confirm the reservation, we were informed that no reservation under our name appears in the hotel’s system.
Stayforlong sent me a confirmation email regarding the reservation, but since the hotel cannot see the booking in their system, I am currently left in a difficult situation. When I first contacted Stayforlong, I received only an automatic email response stating that they would reply as soon as possible due to high demand. However, despite writing again later, I have not received any response and cannot reach anyone for assistance.
Since the reservation does not appear in the hotel’s system, I request that the €78 prepayment I made be refunded as soon as possible, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding this issue.
