My Adopt Me username is “Bobby3518,” and I am playing from the UK. Today, around 11 a.m., I bought a fly ride pig on Startpets, and a little after 12 p.m. I bought a ride pig for about £3. Earlier, I have also paid around £10, and in total, I have now lost approximately £18 on this game for pigs and similar pet purchases. In today’s two payments, the items I paid for did not arrive in my account, and I did not receive the fly ride pig or the ride pig I paid for. A few weeks ago, about three weeks back, I had a similar problem with a neon fly ride pig as well. I used my birthday money for these purchases, and today is my birthday, so this situation is very upsetting for me. I have screenshots and photos showing the payments and the missing pets. I also contacted a person from Startpets about the neon fly ride pig, and they said they could make a call on the 26th, but I do not want to wait that long because I have already lost too much money and my dream pets, including a fly ride mega pig that I tried to get. I kindly request that you check my account “Bobby3518” and the related transactions from today and recent weeks, and either return the pets I paid for (fly ride pig, ride pig, neon fly ride pig, and a fly ride mega pig) to my account or refund the full amount I have spent for the missing items, which is around £18.
