Starpets Top-Up Not Credited After £27.27 Payment
I made a top-up on Starpets on 23/03/2026, and the amount of £27.27 was taken from my Santander UK bank account, but the balance has not appeared on my Starpets account. The payment has clearly gone through from my bank side, yet my Starpets balance has not increased. I have previously made other top-ups with Starpets, and those payments were processed normally, so this appears to be an isolated issue with this particular transaction. I also have not been able to contact Starpets through their usual channels, which has made it impossible for me to resolve this directly with them. I request that the missing top-up be either credited to my Starpets account without further delay or that a full refund of £27.27 be issued back to my Santander account as soon as possible.
