Starpets Spin Wheel Trade Completed but Winter Doe Pet Not Received

I used the Starpets spin wheel today, after the bot accepted my trade, an error message appeared, and I never received the Winter Doe pet I was supposed to get. The trade went through on my side, but the pet was not added to my account after the error. I have not yet been able to contact support about this, but I am writing because I would like this issue to be checked, and for the Winter Doe pet that I fairly won and traded for to be given to me. I kindly request that my account and the relevant transaction be reviewed and that the missing Winter Doe be delivered to my account.
