Starpets Error Code 13 Stops Pets From Being Transferred Into My Inventory

I am trying to transfer my pets from the old Starpets site, but for a long time now the process has not worked due to “Error Code 13.” The system keeps displaying the same error, and I am unable to move my pets into my inventory.
This issue has been ongoing for weeks and is causing serious inconvenience. Even though my pets appear on my account, I cannot withdraw them and therefore cannot perform any actions. I request that this problem be resolved as soon as possible so that I can safely transfer my pets.
Progress
I had written here before about the Star Pets site and my issue was resolved. However, now that the site has switched from the old version to the new one, I want my items from the old site to be restored. For this, they are directing me to the operator within the site; however, no matter how many times I try to reach the operator, it says 'currently unavailable.'

! Update! Error code 13 no longer appears, but now when I try to withdraw my Pets, they direct me to an operator within the site. Despite trying several times, I constantly get a message saying the operator cannot be reached. Just like in my previous complaint, I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible...
