StarPets Payment Charged But Credits Not Received
I am writing regarding a payment issue I experienced on Starpets. On 4/5/2026, I purchased credits directly through the Starpets platform for a total of 60 USD. The amount has been successfully charged to my bank account, however the credits have not appeared in my Starpets account. After noticing that the credits were missing, I contacted your live chat support. I was told to wait 24 hours and then submit a ticket if the issue was not resolved. Despite the charge clearly showing on my bank statement, my credits are still not visible in my account. I kindly request that the missing credits corresponding to the 60 USD payment be added to my Starpets account as soon as possible. I am ready to provide a screenshot or reference of the bank transaction if needed so this issue can be resolved quickly. I look forward to your support and a prompt resolution of this problem.
