Starpets Payment Not Credited – £50 Missing From Account

On 3 April 2026, I paid £50 on the official Starpets platform to top up my balance, but the balance has still not been added to my account even though the money has been taken from my bank. I have screenshots of the payment going through from my bank and of my current Starpets balance showing that the £50 has not been credited. I have not yet been able to reach a solution as there is no change in my account after two days. I request that the missing balance corresponding to the £50 payment be promptly added to my Starpets account as soon as possible.
