GCash ₱699 Unauthorized Starread Technology Charge

I am writing to report an unauthorized transaction on my GCash account and to request an urgent refund and investigation. On October 24, 2026 at 7:46 AM, an amount of 699.00 was charged from my GCash balance to “Starread Technology Limited.” I did not make this transaction, did not authorize it, and I do not recognize any purchase, subscription, or service from Starread Technology Limited. This situation makes me very concerned about the security of my GCash account. I believe this is an unauthorized or possibly fraudulent transaction. I did not share my OTP, PIN, or login details knowingly with anyone, and I did not give permission for this 699.00 payment. I kindly request that you urgently investigate this transaction, reverse it, and refund the full amount of 699.00 to my GCash balance. I also request that you block or prevent any future transactions related to Starread Technology Limited or similar suspicious merchants on my account. Please inform me as soon as possible about the result of your investigation and the status of the refund.
