Unauthorized Payment for My GCash Payment to Staread

I am writing to report an unauthorized payment made from my GCash account to Starread Technology Limited (Starread Techno) in the amount of 699.00. I use my GCash account in Quezon City, Philippines, and I noticed this transaction on October 19, 2026, when I opened my phone and received a message that I had paid 699 to Starread Techno. I have never subscribed to, registered with, or knowingly used any service of Starread Techno, and I did not authorize this 699 payment in any way. I believe that my account may have been compromised or hacked, because this charge appeared without my knowledge or consent. I contacted GCash support about this transaction, and they informed me that I should report the issue to Starread Techno. However, I do not know the correct contact details or account information for Starread Techno, so I am unable to reach them directly. I kindly request that this unauthorized 699 payment be fully refunded to my GCash account and that my account and this transaction be thoroughly investigated. I also ask that any connection or authorization between my GCash account and Starread Techno be cancelled and that measures be taken to prevent any similar unauthorized charges in the future.
