Unauthorized Staread Deduction

I am filing a formal complaint against Starread Technology Limited regarding an unauthorized deduction from my GCash account. On October 20, 2026, an amount was deducted from my GCash wallet in favor of Starread Technology Limited, with reference number 054245896, without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this transaction, do not recognize the merchant, and did not knowingly subscribe to or purchase any service from Starread Technology Limited. This situation has caused me serious concern because my hard-earned money was taken without my permission. I am demanding a full refund of the unauthorized amount to my GCash wallet and I request a clear explanation of how and why this transaction was processed despite being unauthorized. In addition to the refund, I am requesting that any subscription, recurring charge, or access Starread Technology Limited may have to my account be permanently blocked to prevent any future unauthorized deductions. I am treating this matter as urgent and I expect a prompt response, a thorough investigation of the transaction and the merchant, and confirmation once the refund has been processed and future charges have been prevented.
