Request Refund From Starread Technology Limited

I am writing to report an unauthorized payment made from my GCash account to Starread Technology Limited in the amount of 699 PHP on 23 October 2026. I did not authorize this transaction and was not aware of any purchase or subscription with this merchant. I only noticed the unauthorized payment today when I checked my GCash transaction history. No one else has access to my phone or my GCash credentials, and I have not shared my PIN or OTP with anyone. After seeing the payment, I tried to follow the instructions provided by GCash support, but the steps they gave do not match what I actually see on my end, so I have been unable to complete their process or resolve the issue. I am requesting a full refund of the 699 PHP charged to Starread Technology Limited and a detailed investigation into how this transaction was processed without my authorization. I also want my account secured so that similar unauthorized payments cannot occur in the future.
