Starbucks Coffee Deliver Fake Drink
My most recent visit to the Karaköy Starbucks left me very stunned and dissatisfied. I bought a grande-sized Mango Dragonfruit Refresha, expecting a tasty and refreshing beverage. However, what I received was far from what I had hoped for. The barista opened what appeared to be an ordinary juice carton, much to my surprise. They put a tiny amount of fruit juice into the cup, about the size of two fingers. The rest of the cup was filled to the full with tap water, which appeared to have come straight from the faucet. A teaspoon of dragon fruit seeds was casually put in on top, much to my surprise. The drink was brought to me after a short shake. This terrible service astounded me, especially considering the high price of 87 TL. I refrained from returning the drink out of embarrassment, but it's distressing to see Starbucks offering such subpar items without shame. Perhaps this "premium" fruit juice experience should be offered to the CEO. I didn't take a taste, and I genuinely hope that this comment leads to improvements in the quality of their service.
