Unacceptable Service at Starbucks Coffee. Poor Treatment Over Coconut Dragon Refresha
Today, I visited your Yenişehir branch to try the new Coconut Dragon Refresha drink. The barista named M******* treated us so poorly that I couldn't believe it. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the drink and asked to exchange it, he rudely said, "You chose this, so this is what you get. I can't change it." I was shocked by his extreme rudeness. It's astonishing how poorly he behaved. If he doesn't enjoy his job that much, he should quit. Later, he said he couldn't be bothered and called Miss E**. She prepared the drinks, poured them aggressively, and gave us hateful looks. I demand appropriate action be taken.
