I’ve recently experienced rude behavior and incorrect orders at Starbucks. Over the past few days, staff members have been mocking my attire and giving me disrespectful responses when I place my order. For example, today I ordered an extra hot Pumpkin Spice Latte and specifically requested it to be at 210 degrees since the store doesn’t make it hot enough. The barista laughed and said, "This machine doesn’t even reach 100," while making fun of my request. On top of that, I asked for my coffee without foam, but it was served with extra foam. If this continues, I’ll stop coming to this location, and I would like to speak to someone in charge about this matter. Please address this issue promptly.
