Withdrawal Has Not Been Received
I have been experiencing serious issues with my withdrawals from 4rabet and I am extremely confused and dissatisfied with the way my case is being handled. On 21 June, I created a withdrawal request for ₹21,378 to my Fino Payments Bank account. After two days, I received an email from 4rabet stating that my withdrawal had been successfully paid out. However, when I opened my Fino Payments Bank app, there was no reflection of this amount in my account balance. It has been more than 10 hours since I received the “paid out” notification, yet the money is still not visible in my bank account. I contacted 4rabet via chat, and they told me that it would take one business day for the money to be reflected in my account. This situation is very confusing for me, especially because such a delay has never happened before with my withdrawals, and the responses I am receiving from support are not clear or reassuring. This is not the first problem I have faced recently. Since 16 June, I have created two other withdrawal requests that stayed in processing status for almost a week, and then 4rabet closed those processing withdrawals and simply credited the money back to my 4rabet account instead of completing the withdrawals. I have also contacted 4rabet customer support beyond the live chat about these issues, but I still have not received a proper solution. I request that the ₹21,378 withdrawal to my Fino Payments Bank account, which 4rabet has marked as “paid out,” be credited to my bank account immediately without any further delay. I expect a clear and detailed explanation about why this has happened and why my previous withdrawals since 16 June were not processed properly.
