Disrespectful Behavior by Cashiers at Metrogarden Starbucks
The behavior of the cashiers at Metrogarden Starbucks is completely unacceptable. When there was an issue with our bill at the register, they openly laughed and mocked us while we were still present. This lack of respect toward customers is appalling. We overheard everything, and it was clear they had no regard for maintaining professionalism or customer courtesy.
It’s shocking that employees would act this way toward the very customers who keep the business running. If they are unhappy in their jobs or lack the skills to perform professionally, they should not be working in customer service. Starbucks needs to reevaluate its staff at this location and ensure that such behavior is addressed and corrected immediately. Respect and professionalism should be non-negotiable.
