StarMaker Account Banned During Live Without Any Explanation

I am writing regarding my Starmaker account, which was banned on June 23, 2026 while I was on a live. I was simply gaming and participating normally in the live when another person in the room said that I would be banned, and shortly after that my account was indeed banned. I did not violate any rules to deserve thispenalty. I have not received any explanation from Starmaker and I have not yet been able to contact support through the application. I believe this ban is unfair and the result of someone’s malicious report or a misunderstanding during that live session, as I was only gaming and not engaging in any inappropriate behavior. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and fully restored. I would also like to be informed about the exact reason and evidence for this ban, because from my side I did nothing wrong and I want to be sure that this kind of situation does not happen to me again.
