Stanley Thermos Warranty Rejected After Direct Amazon Purchase

On October 4, 2023, I purchased a Stanley Quick-Flip Thermos 0.47 L Citron through Amazon Türkiye. The order details clearly identify “Amazon.com.tr” as the seller, and there was no third-party or marketplace seller involved. Amazon provided a two-year warranty for the product, and that warranty period has only recently expired as of the date of this complaint.

When I later requested service for the product, I received responses through multiple channels, including SMS and email, stating that the product had been “obtained outside the official sales channels” and therefore could not be covered under warranty. However, the product was purchased directly from Amazon.com.tr with an official invoice.

I do not accept that a product purchased from Amazon.com.tr, an official sales channel, and offered by Amazon with a two-year warranty can be denied warranty coverage on this basis. I request that the product be reviewed again in light of the applicable sales and warranty terms and that, as a result, it be repaired under warranty or replaced with a new product.
