Stanley Refuses Warranty Claim for Thermos Purchased on Amazon
On May 7, 2023, I purchased a white Stanley 1-liter Adventure Stainless Steel Vacuum Bottle through Amazon. After using the product for some time, I noticed rust forming on the inside of the thermos. This situation has raised health concerns for me and has also shaken my trust in the brand.
I contacted Stanley regarding the issue, explained the situation in detail, and shared my Amazon order number (403-9981097-9075525). However, Stanley told me that because I did not purchase the product directly from their website, they would absolutely not provide support or honor my request.
Additionally, it is stated that products purchased from any marketplace or website can be registered on the Kutup Ayısı website and will be covered under a lifetime warranty. We rely on this information and shop from sites we consider trustworthy. Despite this, the response I received today is truly disappointing. I believe the “lifetime warranty” claim does not reflect reality, and I did not expect this from the brand.
I am requesting that my issue with the rusted thermos be resolved and that this confusion caused by the brand and seller be clarified. I am seeking either a replacement product or a full refund.
