Stanley Thermos Leaking and Damaged – Warranty Replacement Requested
On July 15, 2023, I purchased a Stanley thermos from Amazon.com.tr and registered it under the lifetime warranty on July 23, 2023.
However, on December 16, 2023, I accidentally dropped the thermos on a hard surface once, which resulted in a dent on the bottom, making it unstable when placed on a flat surface. Additionally, I have had issues with the lid, which I believe has become deformed. It has leaked twice inside my backpack, soaking all my belongings in coffee, including my Bluetooth earbuds, which were damaged as a result.
Despite following the care instructions, including washing it in the dishwasher, the thermos's exterior has started fading and peeling, making it look worn out and aesthetically unappealing.
Since the product is under a lifetime warranty, I am requesting a replacement. I have photos as proof and can provide them if needed. I expect a prompt response and a fair resolution to this issue. Please get back to me as soon as possible.
