My Stanley Thermos Stopped Retaining Heat – Warranty Service Delayed for Over a Month

On October 22, 2024, I purchased a Stanley thermos from an online retailer for ₺1,700. After just one month of use, it stopped keeping liquids hot, losing heat in less than two hours.
I contacted the seller, and they told me to send it back. However, they refused the return because 14 days had passed. Then, they directed me to the Kutup Ayısı warranty service, which required me to pay ₺285 for shipping—even though this is a warranty issue!
Now, my thermos has been in service for 32 days, even though the repair period is supposed to be 20 days. The tracking status hasn’t changed for weeks, and no one updates me. Stanley, fix this immediately—I want my thermos back!
It's been 45 days, and I can't reach anyone. Why do you take on the distributorship of a job you can't handle?
