Stanley Thermos Fails to Keep Drinks Hot – Poor Performance

I purchased a Stanley thermos expecting high-quality insulation, but it fails to keep drinks hot for long. Even basic coffee or tea cools down much faster than expected. Disappointed, I sent the thermos to Kutupayısı for an inspection, only to receive a completely unhelpful and unrealistic response that did not reflect the actual issue.

Meanwhile, during a ski trip, my friend’s no-name brand thermos retained heat far better than my so-called premium Stanley thermos, which turned my drink ice cold. This is unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as the best in thermal insulation.

I feel deceived by Stanley’s reputation and demand a real solution from customer support. I expect a proper evaluation and resolution—whether a replacement, repair, or refund.
