Stanley Thermos Loses Insulation After 3.5 Years

February 16, 2025 9:26 PM57

I used my Stanley thermos for 3.5 years without any issues, but over the past year, it has completely lost its insulation. The exterior gets extremely hot, and within just 1-2 hours, my drink starts cooling down—far from the long-lasting heat retention Stanley promises.

I contacted Kutupayısı, the official distributor, and submitted a complaint and service request, but I have not received any response—neither positive nor negative. Given that this thermos comes with a lifetime warranty, I expected at least a proper evaluation, but instead, I’ve been ignored.

The thermos has never been dropped or damaged, yet it suddenly stopped functioning properly. I have read some comments about an internal rattling sound, but my thermos doesn’t even make that noise.

I demand a proper resolution—whether a repair, replacement, or refund—and expect Stanley and its distributors to honor their warranty.
