My Stanley Thermos Doesn’t Keep Drinks Hot or Cold Beyond 2 Hours

I own a Stanley thermos and had high expectations given the brand’s reputation. Before adding hot coffee, I always preheat the thermos by rinsing it with hot water. Then I immediately pour in the coffee and seal it tightly. Still, the drink loses its temperature within just 2 hours—even without opening it once.

The same issue happens with cold beverages. After 2–3 hours, they start to lose their chill. I sent the thermos to Kutupayısı for inspection, hoping the issue would be resolved. But they claimed the thermos was functioning properly and returned it to me without fixing anything. On top of that, I had to pay ₺132 for shipping—completely wasted.

If this is considered “normal,” then Stanley is no better than any generic thermos on the market—neither in quality nor in standing behind its product. I’m extremely disappointed and expected more from such a premium brand. Stanley, I ask you to take real responsibility and offer a proper solution.

I purchased the Stanley Trigger Action 473 ml thermos online about 2 years ago. Since I bought it, the thermos has not been functioning as expected in terms of keeping drinks hot or cold. I sent the product to the service under warranty and clearly stated the issue I was experiencing. However, the thermos was sent back to me without any action being taken, stating that there was no problem.

I use the thermos daily and continue to experience the same problem with every use. My expectation from Stanley is that the thermos will be examined in detail again and that the problem will be identified and resolved.
