Stanley Thermos Loses Heat Quickly and the Seller Ignores My Complaint

My Stanley brand thermos cools down in half an hour. If I put my drink in a glass, it doesn't cool down that fast. Considering the brand’s reputation for quality, this performance is unacceptable. Also, among the recalled products, they say to stop using them immediately, but there is no exchange program for Turkish customers. It feels unfair that customers in Turkey are excluded from a global recall process. The Turkish seller Kutupayısı company is not responding either. I have complained to both companies separately through the consumer arbitration committee. I hope they address this issue soon, as I trusted Stanley for durability and performance. I expect support and the same actions from both of my friends who have the same problem.
