Stanley Thermos Sent for Warranty Repair Not Returned After a Month
I purchased a Stanley thermos in October, but it developed an insulation issue. Since it was under warranty, I emailed Kutup Ayısı and sent the thermos to the address they provided on November 4. However, I have not received my thermos back, nor have I been given any updates since then.
Attempts to reach them by phone have been unsuccessful. It’s frustrating to chase after a product that was bought for its reputation of quality. Customers shouldn’t have to go through this level of inconvenience for warranty service.
I demand an immediate update on the status of my thermos and expect a resolution promptly. Stanley and Kutup Ayısı must improve their warranty service and communication.
