I purchased the Stanley Quencher 1.18L thermos with a straw, but cracks have appeared on the exterior paint. When I contacted Kutup Ayısı, the seller, to report the issue, I was told they would only assist with heat retention problems. This response is unacceptable for a product that is advertised as high-quality and comes with a warranty.
Why should I pay a premium price for a product that fails to meet expectations and offers no support for defects not caused by me? The cracks are clearly a manufacturing issue. I expect Stanley or the seller to honor the warranty and resolve this problem promptly. Please provide a replacement or repair for my thermos.
