On 09.07.2024, I purchased a Stanley 1.4L thermos, but after only 3-4 uses, it started leaking from the lid. I contacted the seller, and they directed me to Stanley's service. Despite completing all the necessary return steps on the Kutupayısı website, my return was rejected due to "missing information." I sent detailed photos and my complaint to their customer service WhatsApp number, but no one has responded. I chose Stanley because of its reputation for quality and its lifetime warranty, but I’m disappointed that the product failed after just a few uses. I’m requesting a replacement thermos as soon as possible.
