Stanley Failed to Provide a Replacement Lid for My Lifetime Warranty Thermos
There is no spare part supply, whether under warranty or not. The lid of my Stanley thermos, which was marketed as having a lifetime warranty, cracked, so I called the Turkey distributor. They told me they had no spare parts and could not supply them. When I asked how a product with a warranty for insulation could have no replacement lid, they told me to contact abroad. They are essentially telling me that they cannot provide the plastic component of a product that is supposedly designed especially for outdoor sports.
