Stanley Failed to Honor Lifetime Warranty for My Defective Thermos Lid
I bought an original Stanley product from abroad. When I put hot water in it, the lid became loose, putting me at risk of burning myself. This is unacceptable for a product that is marketed for durability and quality. The lid has now become too small and no longer functions properly, making the product unusable. Despite my efforts, I haven’t been able to find any guidance on how to resolve this issue, which makes me question their customer service standards. I tried contacting Stanley's customer service but received no response, adding to my frustration. I live in Turkey, and it is impossible to contact the distributor here. For a product that comes with a lifetime warranty, this lack of accountability is shocking. Where is the so-called lifetime warranty?
The lid rotates uselessly and becomes small.
The lid shrank from the heat and is turning loosely inside.
I was not contacted, but when I went to the Polar Bear technical service branch, they resolved it without any issues. Thank you.
