My Stanley Lifetime Warranty Thermos Became Useless in Just 2 Months

Just two months ago, I received a Stanley thermos as a gift from my spouse—one that’s supposed to come with a lifetime warranty and global reputation for durability. Unfortunately, it’s already become completely unusable. The exterior is so poorly insulated that I’ve burned my hand multiple times just trying to enjoy a hot beverage. This is not what I expected from a brand known for its quality.
I reported the issue to Stanley’s authorized service representative in Turkey and opened a service request, but I haven’t received any follow-up or support since then. How is it acceptable for a product that’s marketed as “lifetime guaranteed” to fail in two months with no technical support or resolution?
I demand a proper response and either a replacement or a full refund. If Stanley wants to maintain its reputation, it must stand behind its warranty and deliver on its promise of quality. This kind of customer experience is not acceptable, and I will escalate the issue further if necessary.
