Stanley Thermos Spare Parts Unavailability in Turkey Due to Kutup Ayısı Distribution Issues
I'm wondering if Stanley's global headquarters is aware of the poor business practices of Kutup Ayısı, their central distributor in Turkey. While Stanley spare parts are readily available in many countries worldwide, here in Turkey, I can't find a replacement lid for my thermos that I bought for ₺1,500 - even if I'm willing to pay for it.
The distributor's excuse? They claim there are no sales for spare parts. This shallow approach to customer satisfaction by companies like Kutup Ayısı in our country is tarnishing the reputation of global brands like Stanley.
It's frustrating that I can't maintain a product I invested in, especially when the solution should be simple. This lack of after-sales support is not only inconvenient but also wasteful, potentially forcing customers to replace entire products for minor issues.
I intend to escalate this issue to Stanley's global headquarters. Customers in Turkey deserve the same level of service and product support as those in other countries. This situation highlights a significant gap in Stanley's global customer service strategy that needs to be addressed.
