I purchased a Stanley thermos, and in less than a month, the color started fading. I reached out to the Kutup Ayısı program for a replacement, but it took them two weeks to respond—and only after I called and waited 40 minutes on hold to finally get an answer.

To make matters worse, despite their lifetime free replacement policy, they demanded an extra ₺450 for the exchange! This is completely misleading—Stanley promotes free lifetime replacements, yet when it’s time to honor it, they find excuses to charge extra.

I’m extremely disappointed, and I will never buy from Stanley again. Stanley, stand by your warranty and fix this!
