My Stanley Thermos Lids Leak Hot Water and I Still Haven’t Received Replacement Lids

I’ve had serious issues with the lids of three Stanley thermoses I purchased—two 500 ml and one 350 ml model. All of them leak hot water from the lid when freshly filled, creating a dangerous situation. I’ve nearly been burned several times due to this faulty design, and I no longer feel safe using them.

I bought the thermoses online and registered them through Kutupayısı, expecting proper warranty support. I even emailed Stanley’s official website directly, as instructed, but despite doing everything right, I have still not received the promised replacement lids.

Stanley, I need this resolved immediately. You promote your products as safe and built to last, yet I’ve been left with leaking, unsafe bottles and no real support. Fulfill your warranty promise, send the replacement lids now, and show your customers that safety and satisfaction still matter to your brand.
