Stanley Thermos Lid Issue Rendered It Unusable


I purchased a Stanley thermos about a month ago, but in less than a month, the black plastic under the lid came off and cannot be reattached. The thermos is now completely unusable. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but no one answers the calls. I also reached out to Kutupayısı for support through their system, and while I received a message stating that my service request was received, there has been no follow-up or resolution.
For a product with a lifetime warranty and a high price tag, this lack of service is deeply disappointing. I expect immediate communication and a solution to this issue. Please address this promptly.
