I Face a Stanley Quick Flip Not Keeping Boiling Water Hot

I purchased a Stanley The Quick Flip 1.06-liter and expected it to keep boiling water hot for a long time, but I am very disappointed with its performance. When I filled it with boiling water, it cooled down within 5–6 hours, which is far below the level of insulation I was expecting from this product.

On October 25, 2025, I experienced this problem and then contacted the relevant company and sent the product in for inspection. However, I was informed that there was “no fault” with the product and that it would be sent back to me, and on top of that, I would also have to pay the return shipping fee.

I do not find it fair that I am expected to cover shipping costs when the product clearly does not meet my expectations for keeping beverages hot. I request that my issue be reconsidered and that the product either be replaced with one that performs properly or that a refund be provided without any shipping cost being charged to me. I kindly ask that my complaint be carefully reviewed and that a solution be offered that does not cause me additional financial loss and restores my trust in the brand.
