Stanley Quick Flip Lid Exploded - I Got Burned After Just One Week of Use

Stanley Quick Flip Lid Exploded - I Got Burned After Just One Week of Use
May 30, 2025 5:50 PM30

I purchased the Stanley Quick Flip model just a week ago, and it has quickly become one of my most regrettable purchases. The plastic part of the lid was jammed, and as soon as I finally got it open, the lid flew off with a surprising force. Hot liquid splashed onto my body, resulting in burns that needed medical care. I needed to see a doctor, and I have photographic proof of the injuries. I approached my experience with Stanley without much hope, and it only served to validate my worries. What adds to the frustration is my ongoing attempts to contact customer service, yet I've received no reply. A product designed for reliability should never present such risks to its users.
