Stanley Thermos Not Retaining Heat And Failing To Perform As Promised

On 17 November 2025, I purchased a Stanley thermos. From the first uses, I realized that the thermos does not keep the heat as expected and loses temperature much faster than it should, which makes it impossible to use it for its intended purpose. Since I bought this product by relying on the Stanley brand and its promises about heat preservation, I am disappointed with this situation. I request that my Stanley thermos be replaced with a properly functioning one.
