Standoff 2 Charged Me for Extra 3000 Gold and Refused My Refund Request
On February 25, 2025, I made several in-game purchases through the Standoff 2 app. However, I noticed that an extra 3000 Gold was purchased without my intention. I immediately submitted multiple refund requests through the Google Play Store, yet every request has been automatically rejected—even though the item is still active in my account and clearly eligible for review. I also reached out to the game's in-app support, but instead of helping, I received nothing but canned responses. The system automatically ends the conversation without addressing or even acknowledging my issue. This is incredibly frustrating and feels like I’m being ignored after being charged unfairly. I demand a full refund for the unintended purchase. Please resolve this immediately!
