On October 29, 2025, I accidentally purchased in-game currency worth $24 in the eFootball 26 Mobile game. The purchase was made directly through the in-game store, and I immediately requested a refund right afterward. However, even though 10 days have passed, the refund has still not been processed.
After my refund request, my account balance showed a negative 3,250, which I’ve managed to reduce to –2,600 so far. Because of this negative balance, I am unable to open player packs, and all the coins I earn in the game are automatically used to cover the debt. This situation has severely affected my gaming experience.
When I contacted customer support, I was only told that my case was “under review”, but no progress or concrete solution has been provided. My transaction ID is GPA.3372-4994-3616-20267.
I request that the $24 charged for this accidental purchase be refunded as soon as possible, as the situation continues to negatively impact my gameplay.
