My Axlebolt Standoff 2 Gold Refund Request Unresolved

Axlebolt and the whole Gold refund mess in Standoff 2 have me fuming. I bought two thousand gold pieces and placed them into my account just two days ago. I then proceeded to seek a 1000 Gold refund through Google Play, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email today confirming the refund's approval!
I would like to know why, even after a few days, the amount of my refund has not been credited to my account. My account has a negative Gold balance and I can't access my goods whatsoever; I'm not even receiving my money back! In no world is this acceptable. Even though your system accepted the reimbursement, I am still being penalized. I can't even play the game correctly and can't access my own goods, even though I didn't do anything wrong.
This needs fixing right now, Axlebolt. What I really need is what is properly mine; I am not requesting charity. Correct the negative balance in my account, allow me to access my inventory again, and complete the return that Google Play has already authorized. Loyal players like myself are becoming quite irritated by this apparent system bug. Get this taken care of immediately, or you'll end up with even more unhappy clients. I am counting on your undivided support to get this urgent matter resolved as soon as possible.
