I Report Double Payment On Efootball Mobile And Request Refund From Google
On 29.06.2025, I accidentally purchased eFootball Coins twice in the Efootball mobile game. I realized the mistake within less than 30 minutes and immediately requested a refund. According to Google’s refund policy, I was still within the eligible timeframe for a refund, and my case complied with their stated conditions.
However, despite following all the proper procedures and reading the guidelines carefully, Google denied my refund request without a valid explanation. I also contacted the support team, but they failed to respond or offer any help.
This situation has caused me financial and emotional distress. I did not intend to make two purchases and acted quickly to correct the mistake. I expect Google to respect its own policies and process my refund.
Please process my refund for the duplicate purchase within 14 days and provide a clear explanation for this inconvenience.
