Stake.com Deposit Not Credited After ₹599 PhonePe UPI Payment

I am writing as a frustrated and disappointed user regarding a deposit issue I experienced on Stake.com. On April 8, 2026, at around 7:09 PM, I deposited ₹599 into my Stake account via UPI using PhonePe. The amount was successfully debited from my PhonePe account, but it has not been credited to my Stake.com balance. My Stake account is registered with the email address adityamallick****@gmail.com.
After noticing that the ₹599 deposit was not reflected in my account, I contacted Stake.com support, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of communication, combined with the missing deposit, has left me both frustrated and disappointed.
I request that the ₹599 be promptly credited to my Stake.com account or that the issue be resolved without further delay. I also expect a clear explanation as to why this deposit was not credited despite being successfully processed through PhonePe UPI.
